Sales Representative
The Sales Representative role starts with brand management. They are responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in the area and for making sure the campaigns represent our clients' standards, along with the retail stores' standards and most importantly, with OUR standards. With every member starting from entry-level and working their way up, we are able to continually deliver the results everyone is looking for year after year
Corporate Trainer
In the Corporate Trainer phase, you will be responsible for multiple in-store marketing campaigns throughout the city. The Corporate Trainer will train other Account Executives and Account Managers in our Award-Winning system. The Corporate Trainer will also help the company conduct 2nd round interviews, to help explain to potential employees what our company does for our clients.
Manager
Since we promote based on merit and not seniority, training is required before anyone is promoted to a management position within our company.
The Manager's role starts with Brand Management. The Manager is responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in the territory he is assigned. The Manager will be responsible for making sure the in-store marketing campaigns represent our client's standards, along with the retail stores' standards and company standards.
